How to connect to the VPN using Sonicwall NetExtender
1. Make sure that you’re connected to the internet 🙂
2. Launch the NetExtender app on your computer
If not already installed, send a request to [email protected]
3. Fill in the fields like below
(Password is the same password that you log into Microsoft / Windows with)
4. You’ll be prompted to enter the 6-digit verification code sent to the Microsoft Authenticator app installed on your mobile phone.
The Microsoft Authenticator app icon should look like this:
If you don’t have that mobile app installed or registered, send a request to [email protected]
5. Once connected, you should be able to access all of your typical folders & network drives via the Windows File Explorer (Note: those folders may still have a red X on them, but just click on the folder and the red X will go away and the files within should show)
